ITIC

History

ITIC - Instituto Técnico para a Indústria da Construção was created in July 1997 with the main purpose of offer a wide range of services, such as the development of both technical and scientific activities in the Construction Industry field in order to improve economic analysis, technological innovation and the management and productivity of construction firms.

ITIC is a private and non-profit institute, with technical, managing and financial autonomy and our activities are developed in all national territory.

Services

ITIC undertakes technical and economic studies within the Construction sector. The Institute activities are set to meet the needs of construction firms through technical support in the reinforcement of management skills, productivity and quality patterns.

We produce estimates and forecasts for the Construction industry based on macroeconomic analysis and fieldwork. ITIC' specialists base their work on accurate and proven methodologies, and is therefore prepared to provide a wide range of economic and statistical analysis, construction industry forecasting and construction market analysis.

ITIC also aims to establish and reinforce technical and scientific relationships between Portuguese and foreign entities within the Construction industry.

ITIC organizes national and international conferences, seminars, workshops and lectures.

Team

ITIC's activities are carried out by a multi-disciplinary team, including economists, engineers and legal advisors and is therefore prepared to act with high level of effectiveness in the domains for which was created.
